I am receiving constant calls from Chase Receivables regarding a medical debt I never received a invoice from the original provider. I spoke with the the collection agency several months ago and requested documentation on the charges. I provided a supervisor my name and address and told them I would research and call them back. I never received anything from Chase Receivables. Chase has continued to call my home phone number - to - times a week.
