I have been paying on a loan with condor capital the branch in New York was shut down on - -, 2015. A branch in CA took over and records were not transferred correctly,, I 've been making my payments and on - -, 2015, went outside and my car was gone. Now prior to this, my car payment is - a month, I made a payment on - -, 2015 for - and had payment arrangements for another to be taken out of my accounts on - -, 2015. They took the monies on - -, but never credited my account, and have not credited my account for months. I 've supplied them with bank statements and to no avail, no car back yet. I 've had to get an attorney involved. I want to, know what they are doing with my money??? I know for a fact in NY they pocketed over a - - in customer payments. I have correspondence that I have from condor capital showing all payments were confirmed from them. And bank statements showing the transactions. But still the balance on my account keeps getting larger. Ive asked them once they 've researched everything


We may request the balance in full '' I am not in default on my loan, and if I could afford to pay this loan in full I would n't have a loan. I am only including a small portion showing payments have been made, I even paid extra several times. As you will notice on the invoice I am sending from them there is no payment posted for - - in the amount of $410.00. I have all correspondence if needed as well as all of my bank statements. I had questioned them on - - about the info they were showing, and they never contacted me as well. If I had a customer questioning the account that would have been a priority, not just have some slime bag come to the house in the middle of the night and pick up my car when I live in the middle of no where with - children and have health issues.
