Chase upped our interest rate to 27.9 %. Despite calls to several people and despite many years as a customer and despite the current market interest rates, they refuse to lower the rate. We have had several times where we were late but we have always paid the minimum payment and many times more that the minimum balance. This interest rate is predatory for customers.
