Regions Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Missouri

After I paid my credit card in full before the due date the bank still charged me interest saying it was due to the amount was for covering my bank account being short. I had already paid a $15.00 fee. I believe that is unfair if the bill is paid before the due date.
