Well Fargo has repeated called my ex husband multiple times a day claiming my payment was late when I had confirmation from my bank that it was on time, and when I called WF back they confirmed that it had indeed been on time. They also delete online accounts - if they are not accessed every ninety days, but do n't tell you this will happen, and then take two business days and a manual process to reenable accounts, and they refuse to provide statements/paper account summaries. They repeatedly confused my SSN with that of my ex husband, and repeatedly lost my email address - the same one I 've had for years and which they 've also used to contact me.
