-/-/2015To Whom It May Concern : I applied for a Chase Freedom account in -, 2015 and was approved with no issue. In fact, Chase requested and received my - Credit file on -/-/15 and -/-/15. I applied for the Chase IHG card on -/-/15 Chase requested and received my - Credit file and the account was approved. I applied for the - - card on -/-/15. Chase requested and received my - Credit file and the account was approved. I applied for the Chase Amazon card -/-/15 Chase requested and received my - Credit file and was approved. On -/-/15 Chase requested and received my Credit file again. I made charges on all accounts and paid the charges off in full and on time or before the due date. Then, on - -, 2015 I attempted to use my Chase Freedom card to make a purchase and it was declined. I called in and was asked questions about purchases that I had made and more questions to


further review ''. I would like an explanation of what is going on. I have expressed a desire to receive something in writing regarding this issue and to date, nothing has been received. I have been promised calls back, and have not received them. I have contacted Chase repeatedly in an attempt to understand what information the company was unable to verify, if that is the issue. Each Chase representative basically stated the same thing every time. Unfortunately, no one within Chase has the ability to inform consumers of what issues have occurred. I contacted -, - and - and verified that all my identifying information listed on my Chase application matched the information in my - credit file. The information on my Chase applications were in compliance with Section - of the - which mandate that financial institutions verify certain information about applicants, including name, legal address, date of birth and Social Security or Tax Identification Number, while processing account application. Desired resolutionWhat do you think would be a fair resolution to your issue? I believe that Chase should and is required to make credit equally available to all consumers and because of this failure, I am requesting that Chase contact - to remove the credit inquiries of -/-/14, -/-/15, -/-/15, -/-/15, -/-/15, -/-/15, and -/-/15 and further, to delete these accounts from my credit report as Chase indicates that they are unable to verify my identifying information despite - informing me that my credit file has the correct information listed. A statistical analysis of Chase applications for the Chase Freedom card will document that Chase has n't made credit equally available to consumers.
