Closing/Cancelling account New York
Chase Bank, USA, NA sold my credit card account to - - - without notifying me. I did not agree with all charges and different products billed to my account. - sued me using a bad process server and my wages have been garnished for 4 years. I recently learned of the Consent Order that Chase entered into with CFPB and would like to know if my Chase account qualifies under that Consent Order.
