This is my - complaint against Wells Fargo student loans as my - complaint and their response was not sufficient. I am the cosigner and the main borrow is not paying the loan even though ordered in the divorce decree and I sent this paperwork to Wells Fargo. I asked Wells Fargo to send me a monthly bill since I am and have been the only - paying it the entire life of the loan. They sent me their policy stating they are not allowed to send - bills. So I asked to not send the main borrower - just me so I am aware when it is due before it is late with a late fee which is the only time I 'm notified of the bill. So I do n't have a chance to pay it on time at all only aware once it is late and with a late fee. The - late payments on the account in the last 6 months have dropped my credit score almost - points. The rest of the loan in over 3 years never a late payment. I am asking that in goodwill these late payments be removed and this removed from my credit as it is evident I have been trying to be proactive in being notified of this bill to pay it timely, have paid it timely and the associated late fees, and be sent the bill from here on out so they will continue to be paid on time. I have spent countless hours in the last 6 months on the phone with numerous Wells Fargo employees with no resolve. Thank you
