On - - 2015 I went to Chase bank at - - - -, mi. I used the Chase ATM - - ). I deposited $2400.00 into the ATM and an error appeared on the screen. A receipt was printed out stating The ATM has experienced a problem. To confirm that your deposit was completed properly contact a Chase Representative or call us at -. I called and gave them the information on the receipt and was told I 'd be credited the amount in 12 hours. I called the next day and I was told it should be credited by -. No credit so I called the next morning and was told to wait 24 to 48 hours for the credit. Than Monday - - I called again and was told due to my account not being open that long it required further investigation to credit my account. I was told I should know something by Wednesday. By this time I had already returned to the bank only to see that the machine had been fixed and people were using it despite my problem still not being solved. I called Wednesday


ATM and that none of this makes any logical sense. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and he replied none are available but he can transfer me to a specialist. After speaking with the specialist who was very rude and carried a condescending tone. He told me I was not protected under the Regulation E act. I requested a manager and he then placed me on hold and said none are available and repeated there 's nothing they can do and do I have any more questions for him. I am very upset and feel unprotected as a consumer. I am a single mother I ca n't afford for my money just to be taking away from me.
