JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
I had used Chase credit cards since I was - years old, always paying them in full. I had identity theft in - -, 2014 and from then on, I was issued the - cards that I use more frequently with chips in them. - was a Chase Freedom and the other was a Chase - -. Shortly after I would receive the card, there would be a charge in - -, California for a nominal amount and an alert sent to me to contact them if this was not my charge, so I would. But, I had all kinds of surrounding situational stress re : my ability to check cards online and other issues related to both the identity theft ( which happened through an exposed apple id keychain which had bank account passwords ... .there were subsequently transfers from my accounts of $66000.00 -. So, there were two times in which I thought I had lost the card and it was replaced, but - did n't have a chip and the next - did. And, they would consistently have these charges for several dollars -. I wo n't get into the reasons as they are related, but I
'm presuming due to mail cover - it had the same - - charges and it did have the chip. I finally just terminated the card, but I now can not get any credit card from Chase. And, I have had the Chase - - card and paid in good standing now for 18 months yet they do n't report this - as an open line of credit in good standing. Because of all of this and being advised to close open credit cards after the identity theft, my - has gone from - to now below - and I can not get a credit card for Chase or practically anyone.
