ERC is forum shopping and using an address not on file for me since -/-/- to collect on a debt that was paid back in -/-/-. My account was opened with a - address yet ERC purposely chose an address which has not been used for 30 years in anticipation that I would not be able to dispute it long distance. Fortunately, my parents forwarded my mail where I intercepted this communication.
