Hi, - - obtained a default judgment against me in the State of Texas after the statute of limitations had expired. The statute of limitations for a creditor to sue you in Texas is 4 years from the time you defaulted on the debt. I 've asked - - to provide me with the date and amount of the last two payments on the original Citibank account and they refuse to. I have contacted Citibank the original creditor and they refuse to provide me with this information even though I know they have it. In addition, the original amount listed on the judgment paperwork is different from the amount listed on a credit report from 2013. Please help!!
