JP Morgan Chase bank, - - -, - - -, FL -. - I have a personal account with the above named financial institution. For me to get change for my consumers, I need to have a business account with them and I have to personally go there. ( My - can not go there on behalf of me ). Is that legal? If we have - Dollars and want to change into - dollars, why are these stipulations by these financial institutions? Can someone please help me understand. Thanks
