Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement California
PayPal received an overpayment from my personal bank, in which I requested a refund, and a check was sent to me in the amount of $200.00. I never received the check. However the check was cashed by a - party that I do not even know. Now, I am being advised by PayPal I must file a complaint with the - - - that cashed the check. However, - - - says because I am not their client, in which PayPal is their client, PayPal must complete the fraudulent activity. PayPal refuses to file the complaint, or send me my $200.00.
