For all intents and purposes, the following will be referred to as The Creditor '' herein : Chase Card Services- - -, DE - creditor has disregarded FCBA and concerning Consumer Protection Laws multiple times in the last 2 weeks. Below is a brief list of the Federal and State violations : *charge for goods that were n't delivered as agreed. *failure to post credit, while the investigation is pending. *charge for which an explanation along with a request for clarification is needed. Charge of $26.00 with - - - '' was disputed with the merchant since the merchant started closing the food station within 10 minutes of seating us and told us that we had to leave soon. Since we were not provided enough time for the goods, we requested a dispute to which they refused. The charge was then disputed with Chase but the creditor refused to investigate/provide temporary credit/comply with FCBA, even though it was told that the charge is inaccurate because the the service/goods were not delivered. The merchant failed to present proof of its investigation and the specific reasons for it 's decision. I request that the error be corrected, that any finance and other charges related to the disputed amount be credited as well, and that I receive an accurate statement along with the record/corrective course of action adopted by Chase & CFPB to address similar violations with other consumers in order to avoid further scrutiny of the same by a private legal counsel and concerning agencies : Attorney General, Federal Reserve Board etc. Enclosed is a copy of letter by Chase.
