JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
I have been trying to work with Chase Visa to obtain a refund in the amount of $21000.00 from - - '' aka - - -. They sold me a variety of products they said would give my face and neck a natural face lift which would last 7 to 12 years. The products they applied to my face in the store appeared to do this and they showed me numerous before and after examples. When I applied the products to my face at home their products caused my skin to break out in pimples. I went back to the store and told them what happened. They then said if I paid them $150000.00 and purchased another product for $10000.00 the product they sold me for $21000.00 would work. They would not allow me to return the products. I alerted Chase Visa regarding what happened and asked for a credit to my account. I also cancelled this Chase Visa credit card because I was concerned that
with at Chase Visa said that even if I paid to have a - opinion from my dermatologist it would not matter because I did not get a written guarantee. She said it was a he said, she said '' situation. I am - years old and have always paid my bills. It is hard to see me credit destroyed in this manner. - - '' aka - - - is not an honorable company. I called the mall where they are located and told them what had happened. The mall office staff said they have had numerous complaints against them. - - '' aka - - - has - stores ( the other - operated under a completely different name and numerous kiosks at this mall. I told the mall office staff the least they could do was to keep them from blocking your path as you walk by their stores at the mall. They said they have asked - - '' aka - - - to stay inside their store and to stop blocking people as they walk by but they just keep doing it. Once they get you into the store they apply products to your face and will not take them off and let you leave until you buy something. The second time I went to the store to complain I took the product off my face myself and walked out. I told - they should not allow these people to accept - because - is only aiding them in pulling off this dishonorable business practice. Chase Visa does not seem to care. They have informed me they have notified the - credit bureau agencies ; -, - and - that I disagree with the resolution of the dispute. I can only assume that since I do not plan on paying for these products that not only did not do what I was told they would do but caused me to break out in pimples, Chase Visa will just keep adding late charges and interest to the $21000.00 and my credit will be destroyed. Perhaps I have been left vulnerable because of recent life events and should have gotten a written guarantee but I have bought many products and services from many businesses over the years and most often have found a person 's word is as good. And I did think that Chase Visa would stand by me and give me a credit after they heard of the outrageous amount of more money ( $110000.00 ) - - '' aka - - - demanded from me in order for the first products to work.
