- unauthorized withdrawals made to my checking account in the total of - dollars via teller machine. After filling a fraud investigation request with banking institution CITIBANK they have refused to investigate. I filled a police report with local agency and have given them the report as they asked. I am still being told the investigation is denied and Im not going to get my money back.
