I filed a complaint through cfpb on - -, 2015 about a debt that did n't belong to me for - - that - - - was collecting on. At the time, there were - accounts that were affecting me and we reached an agreement that I would pay off - account and - - - would remove the - account from my credit report and consider it resolved. - - - followed through with what they said and removed the account from my credit report, but that account has apparently now been sold to another collections company ( EOS CCA ) who has put the account back on to my credit and started collection attempts on the account that was supposed to be resolved. The case number that was created before is - and has a related case number of -. The - century link account numbers are - and -. Account - is the account that was removed and apparently re-sold to another collections company. Account number - is the one that I paid. I have attached a copy of the accepted complaint from the original company.
