- 2014 my mother requested US BANK, - - - - California for an address change on her CD/Moneymarket/checking account due to her move to Texas. Still after a year and still not receiving statments and After numerous calls by her, then by me, the POA, after a certified letter, after another call to the Branch Manager, - -, then to -, an account manager in Colorado, then to a - - -, District Manager and now waiting for a return call from the Regional President, - - as I type this complaint. I also am disappointed in the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau for their lack of assistance or resolve. Plus, the consultant I spoke with read her que cards too quickly!!
