I issued a check to Dillards in - and it never went through then received another statement in - stating it was paid due. I called on - -, 2015 and paid the $2.00 over the phone and was given a confirmation number. I called today -/-/15 to verify that the balance was showing - and it still is showing the $2.00 as past due. I am very upset because this is showing up on my credit report. Also, the woman stated that they tried again and it would not go through using my debit card. There is something wrong with Wells Fargo who is handling Dillards. I am going to the store tomorrow to pay this off. Can you please inform someone of their practices.
