I took a loan as primary and my sister as secondary for a loan from - - - - - - Drive Financial - - - on - in - Texas. - after signing the documents we told the dealer and auto loan company that the interest amount and term was incorrect. They would not correct it and told us that it was too late and that we had to pay it. Furious, we contacted them again and told them that we were going to file complaint. We did several times with credit bureaus. We did n't know what to do. We contacted them in - and - stating we wanted to give car back and cancel contract - Drive said no and we had to pay in full the balance. Finally the car died and was unrepairable, so - called to have it picked up after we missed several payments. Now the terms of the loan and balance are still incorrect on my credit reports and after many disputes filed, they are still reluctant to correct the problem.
