Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay California
I did enter in a Vehicle loan by a vendor which used tactics which make the whole process a nightmare. Over time, I did have to contact the bank ( -/-/--/-/--/-/--/-/- ) to renegotiate the loan due to financial hardship issues in my family. Per some unknown reason, the bank keep denying the process without any reason. When I contacted them ( several times ) l the bank asked me to find a loan assistance specialist '' from the closest branch office. When I went there and explain the issue to this specialist '', the only thing he did was pickup the phone and dial the same phone number which I did previously contacted. This time, they defer one single payment to 30 days more and they asked me to request refinance '' via an on-line process. This last was denied without clear reason and I still asking them for help which they keep denying. Is there any way to get any help from this bank?
