- - agrees there should be no balance on my account. I have contacted them three times as of today to have this removed with Credit Control Corporation ( - - VA ) collections agency. They elevated '' this matter with a - request #. I had earlier disputed this matter with Credit Control Corporation who is reporting this as seriously delinquent and said it is correct collections account on their response to the credit agencies. I called and spoke with - at Credit Control Corporation today who refused to take my information - thus, they will still reporting my account as seriously '' delinquent - when in reality according to - at - this should have been removed some time ago.
