CHASE did not handle fraud charges on my card properly. It took multiple calls and I was transferred to as many as - people per call. They kept sending past-due statements even though I closed out the account. Now they have reported to the credit reporting agenices that I have been behind two weeks on payments - the fraud charges of just around $30.00. My credit has been harmed by CHASE reporting that I have been late on payments.
