Thank you for this opportunity. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for several years and have several accounts. The account in dispute is my business banking account. Over the course of one year I have been charged in excess of $1700.00 in overdraft fees. It is so confusing the way the charges appear in pending status and then are re-ordered once posted. Most times, they do this by paying the highest charge first. For a couple of years my debit card would decline and not allow for over charging my account. Then suddenly, charges would drop off and/or was allowed to over charge my account. The confusion and financial hardship that I have endured has been so exhausting to no avail or cooperation from the bank other than a few reversal here and there. I have cancelled my debit card and only use atm card for my accounts. I now transfer money to an easypay debit card to use for purchases and bills. After filing a complaint with branch manager, - - and not hearing from her for weeks, I finally reach a business banker named - who stated today they would not reverse anything for me. - I do not need this in my life and would like to switch to a different bank BUT I am stuck as I have a merchant service account too and it will cost me for early termination. I appreciate your assistance and thank you.
