JPMorgan Chase Bank account or service department,
Checking account Deposits and withdrawals Florida
I got an assignment from Mystery Shopper on -/-/14 via - with - money orders for $960.00 each from Mystery Shopper to carry out some assignments and report to them how courteous the Employees were while I was carrying out the assignment. I was not aware that there were fake moneyorders and Mystery Shopping assignment was a scam or I would never had cashed these checks and so I felt like Chase Bank did n't protect me from being scammed because I never had $1900.00 in my account and I ca n't believe that Chase is not aware of fake moneyorder and also they did n't use the 3 day waiting period that was put in place to protect unsuspecting customers like me who are clueless. If the teller had waited before giving me all the cash against my account these fake money orders would have been identified and my account would not have been placed in overdraft for the amount of $1900.00. Rules and Regulations are put in place to protect customers and I am disappointed in Chase for not investing in and also teaching its tellers how to identify fake moneyorder and not to cash it against customers
placed squarely on Chase lack of following banking rules that were put in place for a reason to protect customers from this same nightmare it has being going on for too long and has destroyed my credit score. I have written - letters to the bank seeking a resolution but they are saying I 'm at fault I cashed fake moneyorder and I think Chase did n't protect me from being scammed by not investing in training the tellers who should be aware and ahead of scammers and not allow them to destroy people 's finances. I 'm distraught this is going on for 10 months now. I filed a complaint with the police they took the - the copies of Fake Moneyorder and all information, the bank promise that FBI would be involved I would like to know if the bank was not aware of Mystery Dhopper scam like me.
