I originated a loan for a truck in 2009 with -. The loan was for 72 months. Santander Consumer purchased the loan from - after about two years. I have paid this contract in full and Santander will not release my title. They say I owe for 80 months. I have consistently asked for a supervisor and for them to explain how my contract can go from 72 months to 80 when I never refinanced.
