I am currently paying to - - - on behalf of the -. I have received a validation notice and other related information to setup payments with -. I have received all information from both - and - monthly. Along with a payment statement from - parties for the last several months. However, now another Debt collector 'Peaks Loans ' has started harassing my family and place of employment. I 've tried to talk to these people, mainly - -, to no avail. She did not have a professional license number and refused to give said address. They are very aggressive and insist they own all my debt. I never received a validation notice from this company. They are, in fact, not aware of any notifications that they should of informed me of. All they cite is that my former college and I signed documents '' agreeing that they are the sole heirs of my debt. This is beyond false statement and they refuse to remove all contact information and to stop calling. Again the person, is - - at - - - - Peaks Student Loans. c/o Peaks Loan- - - -, CA -
