I am in a dispute with a former landlord from 2014, the landlord did receive my 90 day notice to vacate on -/-/2014 by certified mail # - - - - -, along with my request that ALL '' correspondences be sent to my attorney, yet his collection company has disregarded my request. I continue to dispute the debt and refuse to make payments. The agency also has not provided any options in there validation letter advising me of my rights if I disagree with the client.
