Citibank Credit card department,
Balance transfer fee Pennsylvania
Sears mastercard credit card services provided balance transfers at 0 % until -/-/-, they only had one place on info that stated they are charging a fee vs interest on paperwork. This was misleading, so in fact they are getting there interest up front. There topic in bold larger letters states, YOU COULD SAVE ON INTEREST BY TRANSFERRING HIGH BALANCES. Checks should state that you agree to rates provided. I have used there checks before without this fee provision. Please advise
