The debt was removed from my credit report on - -. ERC a company which i have never heard of took over the account with a start date of -/-/-. I have never received a phone call, letter, or an email from them stating that they brought the account. my last payment on this account was in -/-/- which would have been the last payment and the reason it was a removed collection ''. i have a valid debt from a company that followed the debt collection procedure and i acknowledge it, but i have never heard of ERC and i wish this to be investigated. i have copies of my credit report and - - was the last company that handled this and the company that removed the collection.
