Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay West Virginia

Toyota Financial Services had my vehicle repossessed for - in arrears. I offered to pay back balance plus towing expenses before it left my driveway and they said no. They insisted that I pay off the balance of the vehicle at a -. I said I was interested in keeping the vehicle and protecting my credit and they stated they would only let me pay off the vehicle. I again offered that I could pay past due amount and towing to stop repossession and they refused and took my car. Now they said I would have to pay -, towing fee and transfer fee as they are moving to an out of state towing area to have it auctioned off. So I asked if I could pay for it when could I get it back they said I had to wait seven days. I said you just told me you were moving out of state to be auctioned - but I have to wait - and incur extra charges because you move it. They said yes ... I 'm not sure what my options are, please help. This happened - other time and the amount was - plus I paid it immediately and stopped any issues. When I offered this time and the amount is actually less they declined and said they were taking the car and my only option is to pay it off. This is my sons car and as a government employee who may be furloughed I 'm trying to save my credit and my sanity.
