I have received - phone calls on my cell phone, all threatening to take me to court and garnish my wages. My relatives have received - phone calls at their home stating that I am legally in trouble. My employer has received - phone calls on his desk phone stating I am involved in a complaint and am legally liable if I do not call back. All of these phone calls have happened in a matter of 9 business days. All phone calls have been from a - -, I have spoken to her - time, in this conversation I asked her to send me documentation to verify that I owe this debt and - - response was that she would send me a letter after I paid the debt. I asked for their mailing address and she hung up on me. After this phone call - - started calling my relatives and employer, I also received a call from - - stating that I have a complaint filed against me, they seem to be from a company called STP Management. Further investigation on my part shows that their phone numbers - and - are associated with fraudulent shakedowns and illegal debt collecting practices. STP Management is listed as an F ranking on the - and is currently being investigated by them.
