I have had nothing but trouble with the - - -, coit office for dealing with my mother 's accounts and my power of attorney for her. MY mother is - and living in assisted living with -. MY latest complaint about this branch and especially - -, Asst Mgr has to do with the following. issue. As background, this branch has adamantly refused to assist me with basic simple issues regarding my mother 's account. I had to fly to Washington State where another Chase branch approved putting me on the Charge Card as POA, and putting me on as a co-owner of the checking and savings accounts. All I have been trying to do is put my mother 's approx - pts into about $ - cash and put it in her checking account. I was told by - - that his branch could not help me. Do I have to fly to Wash St to get this accomplished? If the - - - does n't want my or my mother 's business and I 'll take it next door to Chase. How can my sister put moneys into my mother 's account if she is not on the checking or savings account. I have POA, previously approved and the Bank has multiple copies of it authorizing me full access to my mother 's finances and now, this branch, specifically - - again refuses to assist me.
