JPMorgan Chase Consumer loan department,
Vehicle loan Shopping for a loan or lease Michigan
In -/-/- I received an auto loan from chase bank to purchase a car for my daughter. Up into the last few payments I turned the car over to my daughter and several payments were missed. Once I realized in -/-/- I made the payment and allegedly $.00 cents was left on the payment. Chase agreed that I did not have to send in the $.00 and forward me the title to the car with the bank name removed as a lien holder. For the past 3 years I have been trying to get chase to correct my credit report showing that the loan was paid in full. As of -/-/- due to the $.00 I spoke with chase bank who admits someone error in the credit reporting and they will make the change. For three years with the negative reporting by the bank I would like the account deleted from all - reporting agencies. The car has been paid off since -/-/- numerous calls to Chase bank with no success to get them to correct there error.
