It appears - - inappropriately shared banking information with a 3rd party company and processed servicing rights without prior communication or authorization. Heartland ECSI CSR states that banking information would not have been transferred with their account ; however, they pulled money out of and the put back into my account in their company 's name. After the transfer, and communication I set up direct debit but they did not process my quarterly payment -/-/2015 and charged a late fee. The CRS stated I would have to talk to - - about a refund of that fee and claimed I set up a one time payment and not recurring despite their system stating Starting -/-/2015 quarterly - ''. The transfer process and lack of accountability is unprofessional. I contacted - - in -/-/- and they said to talk to ECSI the new servicer and ECSI states to talk to - -.
