CBE Group, Inc sent a bogus notification of debt collection for - saying that my account is past due, and instructing me to send money via a website, via credit card, or debit card, or via money order. They listed a disconnection date of -/-/15. However, they list an account number that it is not mine, and - never disconnected my number on such date.
