Guaranteed Rate is raising my mortgage payment by $700.00 a month because of the projected escrow amount. My 2014 taxes were paid in one installment rather than two, and they are viewing as only a half year payment and therefore doubling the projected tax amount. I have called numerous ( 6 ) times and spoken with representatives that tell me there is nothing they can do to fix the projected escrow amount even though I have faxed in all of my tax information, to which they also have access to via the - county treasurer.
