Chase bank is handling a wire transfer payment to my account at -. The payment was initiated on -/-/-, but I still have not received the funds. The person who initiated the transfer has contacted the bank several times in the interim. Chase claimed they needed my full name, date of birth, nationality and place of birth and had flagged '' this wire transfer. Chase has deducted $30.00 from the payment for this service, but has so far not transferred the funds.
