PayPal Consumer loan department,

Installment loan Taking out the loan or lease Virginia

We never applied for credit at Pay Pal Credit! They opened up an account in my name without my approval or submission of an application! I believe that this is a fraudulent practice -! I have research suggesting this is a common practice by them! I need the account closed and the credit inquiry reversed!
