I was advised that I was approved on Friday -/-/2015. I had to call back to provide my debit card number. I was assured I was approved on Friday and when I called back on Monday, I was again assured that the loan was approved. However, no funds were deposited on Monday -/-/2015. I asked for my bank balance and the loan was denied after giving my bank balance after underwriting was contacted. 1. My loan was approved on Friday. 2. My balance has nothing to do with an underwriters decision from Friday but denied today. 3. As a result of their actions, I am in deeper debit by - $640.00. 4. I asked why was n't I informed of this deicision before now? He had no comment. I asked for a review of this decision but I was denied. The manager refused to give me anything other than his first name : - and stated he will send me an email by -. I signed a contract by eform and the loan was approved but the leader refused to issued to loan or pay for the fees resulting in misinforming me.
