Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid New Jersey

I had a judgement against me which I paid off a few months ago. This company took my payment and refuses to give me my warrant of satisfaction. I have called and emailed them as well as had my bank call and email them and we have gotten absolutely nowhere. They claim that they dont issue the warrants, that they only collect the money and foward the info. They also refuse to tell me who they forward the info to and/or what attorneys represent them. They say that they dont know because its always changing. All I want is my warrant of satisfaction so that I can file it with the court and have it removed from my record. The debt is paid and there is no reason I shouldt get this. Ive tried for months and gotten nowhere. Please help me with this simple request.
