Hello, Sorry to bother Chase and the Consumer Protection Bureau again regarding this matter. I have been unable to resolve thus far the matter with the unauthorized charge to my credit card account that was closed because of this action. I have contacted - and submitted a formal complaint and have not received any response. So I took the next step to filing a complaint with the Attorney General in the Consumer Protection and submitted the contract with proof that my credit card was bill erroneously. Since then my account still has not been credited and my account in submit to being cancelled per attached letter. I do not want my account cancelled. I can not afford to pay $2800.00 that I did not authorized payment for. I am working on resolving this matter and that is why I have reached out to the Attorney General 's office for maybe some assistance. I have already spoke with and attorney who said I was not the party to be charge per the contract. I understand the situation and I am doing my best to reach out to someone at - to issue this credit back to Chase so they can get their money back. I am trying. Its not my fought and I am morally do n't want to leave Chase holding the bag. So I will resolve this issue - way or another. Please do not close my account until I can get this account back in good standing. This is my account I use for my mortgage business had to pay my bills and mortgages and tenants have access to pay their rents so mortgage payments can be deducted from.
