I had - late payment back in - to Target. Since then, every month when I make my on time payment they hold that payment for 2 weeks before it is applied to my account. I have called and spoken to the Manager to no avail. She says that is their policy when you have a late payment. I do not agree with this because the payment has already been deducted from my checking account. They will not take my word for it unless we have a conference call to my bank to verify this which is a long process. This is - and I made my payment and was told the same thing again. Someone needs to change their policy regarding this. Maybe you can do something. I only had that - late payment and only late by one day.
