Navy FCU Credit card department,
I set up payment arrangements in the amount of $50.00 a month. Basically the account rep did n't want to agree to that amount because in the last two months he has been authorizing payments to take everything in my account and when I spoke with him he told me since I owe the bank for the credit card they can take any amount from my account with no explanation.
