Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Texas

I am a victim of identity theft. I disputed this Belk account multiple times, and requested validation. This account does not belong to me and I want it deleted from my reports immediately. The debt validation including the original application was sent to me by the company, and shows the account was opened by someone living in another state that I have never lived in. The same state in which the majority of the identity theft took place. It is obvious this person just used my first name, date of birth, and social security number to open a fradulent account. Very clear cut identity theft.
