Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Pennsylvania
I was in an automobile accident, not my fault. The other driver received violation for running a red light at -, totalling my car, which was paid off. Due to existing health issues, job loss and already battling a home foreclosure at the time. My credit score was not what lenders liked to see ( now I 'm starting to think maybe they do ) higher interest rates, excuses to take advantage and collect money. As I explained my situation to Toyota Finance, which I located them due to researching the same BMW x3 that was just taken from me. I arrived to see BMW x3, mind you I suffered a concussion and was badly hurt but I was pressed for time before I had to hand rental back over. After arriving at Toyota - I never even seen the BMW -3 I somehow left with A - Camry SE after putting - down and leaving with a - a month car payment. My foreclosure - mortgage was - a month which I explained, I did need a car and the sales guy was great but having no payment, car accident, and so on, I said that was high, he
more and I would be caught up. I also asked for them to please put a payment on back end, I said this is crazy, I 'm driving a car that i had to just settle '' I was hit by a women who was being irresponsible and I 'm stuck with an outrageous monthly payment driving a car that reminds me of a terrible, frightening moment in my life that I was told to refinance in a few months. Coming up on a year -/-/- since my accident, I 'm still driving car, credit shot, and dealing with everyday phone calls, and awaiting a repocession. I do what I 'm advised to do. I believe there is some confusion on last payment, I also tried to get a pay off and it is coming in over - that 's insane I was told by another dealer and a state farm agent. I just ca n't understand how this is ok. Thinking back they had said good news, huge REBATE and he said sign here, I did well GREAT NEWS was n't for me, it was for lender. After I signed it was scooped up and I was told that 's not for you, for me. I was disappointed but they actedas if I was getting this great deal.
