HelloSo I submitted a cosigner release form for Chase Student loans to release my cosigner. They declined my application as they told me that I had not made - consecutive payments of principal and interest. I have been paying back this loan on time with no late or missed payments for more than 2 years. Prior to -/-/- i was making payments directly to Chase, but after -/-/-, the loan began to get serviced by - - -. I pulled my bank statements to show Chase that from -/-/- to -/-/-, I had made the - consecutive payments, they claimed I had not made.
