I applied to refinance my 2010 Chrysler Town and Country vehicle that is being financed by Wells Fargo Dealer Services. I applied for refinance and was approved with the same finance company Wells Fargo Dealer Services. The refinance loan is in process. I notified to let them know that the loan was in refinance process because it is with the same finance company. The payment came due but there is no reason to pay if the refinance will take care of the old loan from the same lender. I have never been late prior to applying for refinance and now they are harassing me to pay when it is going to get paid off in a few days. I do not want them to report 30 day late to credit bureaus when it is the same lender and considering I was never late on any payments prior to waiting for the refinance to complete.
