JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
Chase Credit Services reported 30 Day Late ( - 2012 ) to all major credit bureaus ( -, -, and - ) arguing that Chase did not received payment from me for the month of - 2012. The payment for - 2012 was submitted on - -, 2012 through chase.com online portal, however, Chase Card Services failed to process the payment for unknown reason. I provided proof of payment to Chase Credit Services, however, chase.com stubbornly refuse to remove 30 Day Late from all - major credit bureaus without proof or good cause.
